Helpful Home Services introduces the Home Maintenance Program. This is a quarterly service that includes a multi-point checklist which is customizable for each home-owner’s needs.

• Test smoke detectors
• Test carbon monoxide detectors
• Replace furnace filter
• Inspect toilet flappers
• Inspect toilet flush valve
• Clear corners of cobwebs
• Inspect and clean dryer vents

Semi-Annually

• Change water filters
• Check water softener
• Clean gutters
• Check weather stripping for leaks
• Inspect drawer glides
• Inspect cabinet hinges
• Replace batteries in smoke detectors
• Check garage door opener and track operations
• Check sump pump
